Store Policies and Shipping Information



We never share any of your details including name, address, phone or email with any other companies without your consent.


You may order online from our website or by phone, fax, mail or by visiting us. Please include your complete address, phone/fax number and payment method. Provide the item name, dye lot (for ribbons, threads & fabrics) quantity and price. Retailer traders may order as above but will need to include their customer user name and ID password to access the wholesale trade section.


All prices are shown in Australian Dollars. For Australian customers please add 10% GST.

Payment Terms

Payment for products and shipping & handling fees are to be made at the time of ordering by credit card (Visa, MasterCard) or Paypal. For retailer traders payment is to be made in accordance with agreed trading terms.

Payment Methods

Direct deposit or bank transfers are allowed. Bank details will be provided at the check out. Your order will be sent out when the payment is received in our bank account. As an Australian customer if you wish to send payment via a personal cheque or money order please select Direct deposit method and write a note in the provided box at the check out.


Is an excellent secure method of payment but you will need to set up your personal Paypal account. When your payment is cleared through Paypal your order will be sent to you.

Accepted credit cards

Visa MC

Your credit card data will automatically be encrypted when you click on "Submit". We use the Authorize.Net system as a secure gateway for your credit card payments. We manually put your payment through our electronic EFT machine. If there are any issues with your card we will email or phone you. Any paper work with your card details is destroyed after you have received your goods.


We will do our best to provide a steady supply of the items on our website. However, due to fluctuations in demand and the "hand dyed" nature of our products some items take longer to work through the system even the weather is involved. In this case we will contact you immediately and inform you of our anticipated in-stock date. At that time, you can choose to place a backorder or cancel the request.

Shipping and Handling

Prices shown do not include shipping and handling fees. Shipping charges will be added to your order. At the check out point you can click on the icon for an estimate of shipping charges. Orders will be shipped via Australia post unless there is an alternate customer request. Your order will usually be shipped within 3 working days and more commonly sooner.

Please select your shipping method with the following guide lines:

International orders - Please note for New Zealand, UK, Ireland & USA all parcels over $300 in value will be shipped by Austalia Post pack and track system. For orders over $300 in value customers from other countries will be required to use Express Post International.


Please check your invoice & goods carefully. We endeavour to give good service and the highest quality products. If you are unhappy with the service or product quality or something missed in your order please email or phone us to discuss your issue within 1 week of receiving your order. Goods to be returned will be at the customers expense unless otherwise discussed with Colour Streams staff. Returned goods must be kept in a resellable condition. On our receipt of the goods we can offer a replacement or issue a credit for future purchases or a refund by credit card or paypal. This credit/refund will be for the goods only and not the initial postage.
