The Plain Colours are available in 50 gram, 100 gram or 200 gram packs and each multi-pack contains 6 x 1 metre lengths of different shades of one colour – purples, greens, reds, blues, neutrals, oranges, pinks, and earth tones.

Colour Streams are thrilled to announce the launch of our new cotton threads, Rana and Cotto Strands. Officially launching at the Australasian Embroidery Convention in Brisbane in late February, both threads are the highest quality Egyptian cotton that have been hand-dyed in Colour Stream’s unique colours. Rana and Cotto Strands are available to order now.
Rana is similar to Perle 8 and is a high twist, low lustre thread that is suitable for all embroidery and is excellent for hand quilting. The RRP price of Rana is $6.00.
Cotto Strands is a 6 stranded high twist, low lustre thread that is easily split. The RRP price of Cotto Strands is $ 6.00.
We're offering both Rana and Cotto Strands to ourncustomers, at an introductory price of $ 5.00 per skein. This price will be available until April 30 when the price will revert to $ 6.00 per skein.

We are so excited that Colour Streams is hosting the incredible textile artist Lorraine Turner on 15 – 16 August 2020. The 2-day workshop will be held on wonderful Macleay Island just off Brisbane in beautiful Moreton Bay. Given that August is during the annual whale migration along our eastern coast, we believe it is very fitting that the textile collage workshop will be creating this stunning humpback whale - Whale of a Good Time.
