All products are sent using Australia Post either as a letter or parcel.
Tracking is available on parcels and letters. For overseas letters or parcels, to reduce postage costs, no tracking is available however we take no responsibility for non-delivery. Please contact us for further details.
For normal post, unless we have to dye product to fill your order, we aim to ship within 72 hours of receipt.
If received before 11.30 am, we Express Post orders within 48 hours.
If we need to dye thread or fabric to fill your order, it may take up to 7 - 14 days to process your order. We will contact you if we anticipate any delays beyond this.
Packaging methods - either PostPak bags or satchels.
Insurance is not included.
